poor gym slow room service

I had some issues . The gym was subpar. It lacked essential equipment and was not adequately maintained. the room service was slow. I ordered a burger and had to wait for over an hour and a half. The hotel needs to improve these aspects to meet expectations.

dirty carpets visible dust

The hotel met expectations. the view was a major highlight.

I found the carpets looked quite worn. Dirty carpets were not what i expected from this kind of hotel. there was also visible dust on some surfaces and it really detracted from the overall experience. i thought they could maintain cleanliness better.

luxurious carpets amazing staff delicious breakfast excellent bed

the room was luxurious, i loved the carpets, robes, and slippers. the staff was amazing, and breakfast was delicious. i found the beautiful building fantastic. the bed was excellent and comfortable.

i noticed visible dust on some surfaces, which detracted from what could otherwise be a comfortable environment.

the staff was always very helpful and lovely, from waiters to bar staff, each person was really good. their professionalism and attentiveness stood out and made a noticeable difference. their smiles made my day.
